*Cultural Competence Committee Update
As part of SFDS' strategic plan initiative, the school's Cultural Competence Committee, made up of faculty members across all grades, is embarking on an exciting student interview project over the next few weeks to gain a better understanding of how our students feel about their school experience as it relates to diversity and inclusion. Please note that student participation in this project is voluntary and that questions have been tailored by grade level to address students in an age appropriate fashion. All responses will be confidential. If you should have any feedback or thoughts about this work, please be sure to contact the committee chair Chris Wilcox cwilcox@sfds.net. Thanks in advance for your support!
