Family Photo Night 2007
On October 25, over 160 families had pictures taken at the 7th annual Family Photo Night in celebration of our community's diversity. Turnout for the event was phenomenal. The photographers, Kate Schermerhorn, Kathi O'Leary and Courtney Coolidge, kept everything moving at a nice clip while taking fantastic photos of each of the families; no one waited for long. In addition to having a family picture taken, the families enjoyed catching up with each other, perusing the book sale, and sharing pizza in the cafeteria. The photographs are now up for everyone to see in the halls at school; please stop by to take a look.
This event could not have taken place without the help of all of our wonderful volunteers. Library Party 2007
This year’s Library Party and Book Sale, held on October 25 and 26, was a resounding success with record attendance and higher than anticipated contributions to the library in the form of donated books and revenue. This annual event was a truly collaborative effort and would not have been possible without the tireless work from our many volunteers. To the book reviewers, display and marketing pros, floor salespeople, cashiers, set up and clean up crew, refreshment providers, and school staff, we THANK YOU!
